Dyno Tuning begins with a base line of the current setup if applicable. The tuner (William T. Knose Jr.) will then dyno tune the vehicle for about 2 hours (depending on modifications) and overlay the final tuned map with the base map. If more dyno tuning is needed we will speak with you about how much time may be required. After completion the tuner will take the vehicle for a drivability test and make changes as required.
Dyno Tuning will improve the performance of a vehicle to about 85-95% of its full potential.
We will never tune to the full potential of vehicle because a perfect tune will only work at those specific operating conditions (weather, altitude, fuel mix, etc..) ";

Custom Tuned Maps begin with a Base Map (OTS map) and are custom tuned for daily drivability at our facility in Oceanside, CA by William T. Knose Jr. Certain types of driving tchnigues are used to properly log the vehicle for optimal performance. These logs are then reviewed by the tuner, and a new tuned ROM is built based on those logs by the tuner. Once created the ROM is flashed onto the vehicle and tested further.
Custom Tuning will improve the performance of a vehicle to about 75-85% of its full potential.

Definitions: What each options capability includes and a glimpse of what it can be used for.
Wheel Horsepower: This allow the Internet user to turn wheel horsepower ON or OFF. When the wheel horsepower is in the OFF position flywheel horsepower will be displayed. (Default is OFF, flywheel horsepower).
SAE Correction: This allows the SAE correction to turned ON or OFF. Selecting OFF will set a default value of 1.00 (no correction). SAE correction is based on Air Temp, Barometric Pressure and Humidity. When ON the horsepower and torque levels are corrected to the SAE correction method. (Default is ON)
G-Force's: This is what one might feel in the seat of the pants if they were driving the car on the road. The higher the number the stronger the pull. This takes into consideration weight and torque. The heavier the car the lower the G-Force's will be. But the higher the torque the stronger the G-Force's. (Default is ON)
Smoothing: This is similar to most dyno's that offer a smoothing correction. The smoothing correction makes the dyno chart look smoother than it really is. The larger the number the smoother the dyno chart. The smaller the number the more accurate representation of what is really happening is displayed. (Default is 3)
Max Scale Left Axis: This allows the Internet user to adjust the max of the horsepower/torque. The larger the value the smoother the dyno chart will look. The smaller the number the more defined the dyno chart will look. (Default is 500)
